Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized , the dentist is great, but the staff is unprofessional.. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me.
The nursing staff is unfriendly and arrogant.
