They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I love the massage chairs and they don't pressure you to do any uneccessary work and just chart what to keep an eye on, instead of insisting that it needs to be done now.

They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
