I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Dr. Ogawa is for my well-being. Her advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. She is an absolute expert in the field. She always went out of her way to make me (and my kids!) feel special and respected, and was very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
