They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I walked out without having my problem fully addressed.
