This was the worst experience I have ever had... My 3yr Old was scared out of her mind and We did not go through with having anything done. For being only one Dr. they had about 18 patients waiting for about 2 hours, and all of the patients where NOT clean people AT ALL. Another quick note If you go I'll bet you anything that she will recommend to have your child taken to the hospital to do oral surgery.
The funny thing is after I thought about it and talked to another doctor in St. Louis normal pediatric dentist don't do the surgeries themselves but she does. Guess what that means!!! Correct more MONEY in Dr. Sheets pocket. So I would call that B.S. ---------------------------------------------------------- Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.
