They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand.
