They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I just pick up the phone and call! Their staff is the very friendly and welcoming. Kerry, the hygienist is so warm and professional, and made the whole experience that much better. She has begun a treatment for my gums that is working, and we are trying our best to fight my problems head on. Dr. Moore always stops by to take a look at my teeth and gums and she's always cheerful.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I visited Dr. Moore's office and was told by the dental hygienist that I had no cavities. The hygienist said she would like to get the dentist to review 1st though before I left. Dr. Moore came in and only looked at the x-rays. She told me I had 6 cavities and said I needed to come in for 2 appointments to have them drilled and filled. I took a copy of the x-rays to another dentist and asked him to do the work. He looked at the x-rays and said he couldn't see a single cavity. He took his own x-rays and did a thorough investigation of my mouth (something Dr. Moore never did before her prognosis). The second dentist said he did not see a single cavity. I am sad some dentists stoop to the low of lying about dental work to make an extra $! Shame on you for lying!
