This experience for my daughter was made better by Dr. Barton and his lovely staff. Getting wisdom teeth extracted is not a pleasant experience but Dr. Barton made things very manageable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs this or any other service he provides. Dr. Barton is highly educated and trustworthy in the medical field. He took the time, along with his staff, to explain all aspects of the procedure and the aftercare. The verbal and written care instructions were administered well and super easy to understand. Dr. Barton gives out his cell phone number in case any unanswered questions or concerns occur. He really does mean for you to call him in any case. I will definitely have him, and only him, take out my other children's wisdom teeth when the time comes. Thank you Dr. Barton and your fantastic staff!

Dr. Barton and staff were the right choice. I was very apprehensive about getting wisdom teeth extracted. I had heard some real horror stories. However, from the time I entered the office to the time I left- perhaps an hour and 15 minutes later, I was treated with pleasant smiles, greetings,and each staff member put me at ease and worked to establish a personal connection. That helped to reduce my anxiety and take my mind off the impending procedure. Dr. Barton took time to answer all questions about the procedure before I was brought back for surgery. The process was quick and I was out of there in record time. Prescriptions were ready and waiting for pick up. The next day a follow up call was placed asking about my night and on the follow up visit, I had only positive things to report about my recuperation. After care instructions were written down and my husband was also provided with this information. The staff presented me with flowers which is a nice touch. Although we paid up front, our insurance was billed for us and it came back to us in a timely fashion. I appreciated the care,concern and follow up provided by this practice and would recommend it to others.

The good news: Dr Barton is very good. There were no problems with the surgeries or other treatments he provided. He answers all the questions you have. In general very professional.
The bad news: The staff. If you have insurance be prepared to wait a long, long time to be reimbursed. The staff doesn't seem to understand insurance very well. I was going out of network, so I paid many thousands of dollars out of pocket up front. It took 4 months to get reimbursed. Other out network dentists with the same insurance took less than 30 days. The staff blames you and insurance companies, never taking responsibility.
Summary: Good dental services. Not great staff if you have insurance.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. My oral surgery with Dr. Barton was the best experience I've ever had with dentistry and I felt that the staff really cared about me. They calmed my nervousness and assured me that everything would go smoothly - and it did! I will definitely come back to Dr. Barton if the need arises.

The guy was great. Him and his staff did a great job making me feel confortable before my surgery. I left their office feeling like they hadn't done anything to my mouth even though they had removed four wisdom teeth. Great experience

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Dr. Barton removed my wisdom teeth 18 months ago. The whole process felt rushed, and they were annoyed with any questions. When I left after surgery I noticed a huge gash inside my cheek. My bottom lip is still numb 18 MONTHS LATER and my sinuses have never been the same. I spent $1400 and left with more problems than I came in with. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
