Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Every time I've called and left a message, I've aiways heard back. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.

This offices uses unethical billing practices. They sent me an invoice but not an itemized statement, which is highly unusual, and claimed it was 60 days past due. Then when my husband called to verify the charges they convinced him he needed to pay immediately - and he mistakenly did. Apparently this Dr was out of network, but at the time my daughter visited she asked and was told she would not have to make any payments. I have never heard of a dentist not waiving the difference on a simple cleaning.

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
