Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
