Great family dentist. Our family with three kids have been seeing him for over ten years and have always had excellent service. The staff is carrying, professional and it's actually a fun place to go for a cleaning/checkup. The receptionist is friendly, Dr. Turner is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommended.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. My husband, children and I all see Dr. Turner. The staff is helpful and friendly. My daughter had an emergency that was handled quickly and without any drama!

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Turner for 25 years now. So it was natural that I would send my fiance to see him too. He needed quite a bit of work done (he has advanced periodontal disease). We explained to Dr. Turner that we were on a budget but that we would make payments if he needed to do more work than we could afford. He told us that he could save all of my fiance's teeth within our budget. He ended up doing 5 fillings and a root canal. All of the fillings have either fallen out or cracked, and the tooth that had the root canal has since broken off. I emailed and called Dr. Turner repeatedly to try to resolve the situation, and his response was "good luck with Dental Works". I was shocked!!
This weekend, my fiance woke up with the left side of his face swollen to the size of an orange. He was diagnosed with cellulitis of the face due to one of the fillings Dr. Turner preformed. He has had to have a drain put in his face and now will have to have ALL of the teeth that Dr. Turner worked on pulled. We have seen two dentists since. One said that he didn't even know how Dr. Turner worked off of the x-rays he had. The other said that his work was "questionable at best" and that our best option at this point is to get a full set of dentures.
I don't know if I am more upset with the horrible work, or his complete apathy toward the situation. He refuses to refund us all of our money even though none of his work has held up. Even worse, we have not even gotten an apology. I know that Dr. Turner is capable of good work but I think that as his practice has grown he has become careless and is just out to make a buck. DO NOT TRUST DR. TURNER!!! We did and now we are out almost $3,000 and my fiance has to lose all of his teeth at 35 years old. Take Dr. Turner's advice and go to Dental Works.
