The staff that currently works there are very nice and helpful. The only bad thing that I have to say about this place is that the wait time is outrageous, I've never spent 4 hours in a drs office let alone a dentist office before. Once the work starts getting done he is very quick and makes me feel comfortable. I've fallen asleep in the chair waiting to be seen in the back. I really liked my dental assistant, she was very helpful and made me realize a lot. I would suggest this place to someone who has a lot of patience, i do not have this quality however I only go because of his staff; they are awesome.

I have never been so dissatisfied with the care that I've received from a dental office as much as I have been since visiting here. First of all on more than two occasions I have had to cancel my own appointment after being left in the waiting room for over 50 minutes without any type of acknowledgement. On two other occasions I've made it back into a room just to be left and forgotten about. In no way is this acceptable service!!! A few of the times upon checking in the front desk associate has been extremely rude and very unprofessional. No one ever seems to be able to locate Dr. Johnson. The times that I have encountered him have been pleasant, but again that's whenever they can find him!!!! I would not recommend this dentist to anyone until he gets more staffing and better scheduling. The wait time is absolutely outrageous just to have to leave still untreated!!!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
