I wish I consulted his ratings before visiting his office. Always seemed rushed. He'll blurt out "You need xxxx", then quickly leaves the room. I never had a dentist that made me feel so uneasy. Never discussed treatment options. I fell like mouth full of money making work for him. Assumes too much when claiming "your insurance will cover it" Then you get stuck with the bill for something you didnt really need anyway. Again, never discussed treatment options.

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
