I have been a patient of Dr. Sassano for 17 years. He is an excellent dentist. My whole family sees him. He really cares about his patients. The whole staff is very friendly.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. A month after being treated, a tooth literally fell out while eating a baked potato. Nothing was said about it during the previous visit. They're just out to make $$--don't care about their patients.

I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
