Very nice atmosphere customer service is great with the ladies up front and they're always ready to assist you with any needs you may have and dr. Nelson is just awesome

The new location is wonderful. But the customer service for a lack of a better word SUCKS. They were rude, inconsiderate and just down right mean. I had and appt for 8:50 we ckecked in with the computor system they use and waited for over and hour. While i was waiting I had to listen to what they did the night before and what they were gonna. S0 after 45min I went to the counter and asked what the hold up was they said there wasnt one that i just signed in hhmmmm. If i could change ortho Dr I would not because of Dr Nelson but because of his staff.

At times I feel like Dr. Nelson is the Wizard of OZ, we've been going there for 3 years and he has spoken with me the parent less than 5 times (even after leaving voicemails and messages to try to speak with him). The plan for my daughters care is not clear and it's difficult to get answers.
