This Dental Care provider makes little effort to get me in quickly if there's an emergency. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The waiting room was better than most. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.

Dr. Le went out of her way to not only give me all options for treatment, but she is dedicated to low costs and most importantly saving teeth! On more than one occasion, she could have easily told me I needed crowns or implants but she was able to fill teeth or partial crowns as she explained that it's always best to save as much of the tooth as possible. Once I asked her to pull a molar that was problematic to fill but she refused and kept working tirelessly until she was able to fill that tooth and save it. I appreciate her philosophy very much. She also takes most major insurances and does her best to work with you on payment options.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Worse experience I ever had in a dental office in my 70 years on the face of this earth.
I was given an appointment 1:45PM. I arrived @1:30PM and office was empty. I waited for a while than someone appeared and said they gave an early appointment so that I would get there early enough to do paper work. Since I already allowed this time, I was 1/2 hour early and sat in an offic by myself. I was informed everyone was out to lunch. At 2:10PM someone showed up, took my paper work and kept me waiting while she checked it out then showed into the exam room. I was examined by a dental assistant, x-rays taken the she proceeded to tell me what treatment I needed. The fees were higher than quoted when I called tomake an appointment. She then told me the "people out front don't know". Was examined only buy dental assistant. Then the doctor came in, never said hello, how are you, nothing. She was nasty, stood over me and said: "this tooth, that tooth (total of 4) had to come out and I was "ticking time bomb." I was taken back by this behavior from a "professional" I am uncomfortable going to a dentist and would rather be any place else than a dentist chair. This behavior did not help me. I was upset, got out of the chair, asked for my x-rays, paid my bill, (would only take cash or credit card, no checks) and walked out. I would not have this kind of treatment for my dog more or less a human. I went to another dentist who was more compassionate and charged exactly what was quoted.
