Do NOT go to this dentist!!!! Dr. Oliver is arrogant, rude & unprofessional. He is not gentle at all, pain lasted for weeks. He is not a man of his word. He promised to extract my tooth if my crown continued to come off & just found out that he is not even able to offer that service!! He is still insisting that I let him reglue a crown that has fallen off 3 times in less than 1 year. He will have his assistant do most of the work anyways, the front office is so paranoid of non-payment that on my 1st visit, they would not even see me until I paid them upfront even though I had 2 insurances & a care credit account. They also schedule you so that you have to wait over an hour to be seen. His assistants are all very nice & professional so they get 1/2 a star for that. I feel sorry for them having to deal with such an unpleasant person.

Their staff was friendly enough. I feel like my appointments was pointless. I went to see Dr. Oliver to get dentures and after many appointments and several mistakes with his lab people I left with nothing. Dr. Oliver was very unprofessional, when I told him the problems I was having with the tight dentures he laughed in my face and told me that it was impossible to have those problems. I waisted alot of time going to his office weekly for him to throw his towel on the counter and tell me that my complaints were silly and that he was done with me and giving me a refund. really.... you call yourself professional ? I would never visit them again and I would not recommend anyone else I know to him. I was VERY disappointed with the SERVICE I received from him and the QUALITY of the work.
