My husband developed an extremely painful toothache on a holiday weekend. Dr McNally was out of town, but he contacted his partner, who then called and had us come to the office. He left company on a holiday Saturday afternoon to come to the office to perform a lengthy root canal procedure. Then he called the next morning to see how my husband was doing. Very grateful!!

Dr. McNally is an exceptional endodontist, however, his office and patient interaction need major work. The entire office looks as though it hasn't been updated, maintained, or cleaned since 1960. The waiting area is tiny. You can't see the receptionist when you are in the waiting area. They do not use a computer for anything, ALL records including appointments are on paper. The patient rooms have no decorations, dirty ceiling tiles, no TV or entertainment for the patients. My receipt was smaller than what I receive from the pump at a gas station. Dr. McNally didn't explain what he was doing during the procedure, or give any indication as to how long it would take.

Of course the most important thing in this business is the quality of work - which was outstanding, but EVERY other aspect of my visit was unsettling or at the least disappointing. Hopefully I never need another root canal, but if I do, I will drive 100 miles if I have to before I would ever go back to this office.
