Dr. Simmons is professional, thorough, and friendly. Office is small, modern, comfortable. Linda at the front desk always friendly and helpful. I have recommended this office to my friends many times.

After the initial appointment and estimate they asked for a large down payment to which I agreed. My parents paid the rest of the money up front, I believe over 5,000. After they had our money they began putting me off and not treating me right. We asked for a phone call reminding us of our appointment and were told that "we don't do that because it would take too much time" but when we forgot an appointment they would ask us why we didn't call. It became clear that they really didn't care whatsoever about customer service or going the extra step. After a while I was not able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time because of their rude behavior and they just became argumentative. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I do appreciate it when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. What I don't appreciate is when my mom called ahead and said I was running a little late and when I came in the doctor reprimanded me in front of 4 other patients. Now instead of making me appointments in the clinic in my hometown they are making me drive about 3 hours round trip. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and don't seem to care about my school schedule.. They were extremely argumentative. I was trying to explain my situation and they just ignored my opinion. I would never recommend this provider to anyone.
