Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They described the desired results, but I'm not sure I have a really good idea of what my teeth will look like after the braces.
