I would recommend this office for parents bringing their children to the dentist for the first time and teenagers alike.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were happy to help no matter how silly the question might have seemed to me. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered and I feel a lot more confident about future visits. The office was very easy to locate and the fish tank, games, and little tooth brushing area make time fly if I arrive a little early.

I would give this office 5 out of 5 stars, no question.

This office is just the most wonderful place. The entire staff always makes you feel like family. The doctors are so good at what they do and their staff always goes above an beyond. I couldn't imagine bringing my children somewhere else. My kids always end up telling me how much fun they had after they leave. I am so thankful to have found them.

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Although the dentist did a fair job handling my daughter's dental care, the business office and the manager are about as unprofessional as it gets. Not only was I double bill and rudely blamed for it (Even though it was their fault in the end) I was double booked and canceled at the last minute and I had to pay an extreme amount of out of pocket charges due to a lack of an explanation of charges prior to the work being performed. Even if you know your benefits as well I as do, don't count on it mattering.....

A month ago we brought our son in for a filling and were lucky to have Dr. Cheifetz. He was friendly, gentle and talked to my son about everything that was going on. The experience could not have gone any better. We went back today for another filling and Dr. McAveeney was his Dr. The experience was completely different. Dr. McAveeney was cold and rough jamming his thumb in the roof of my son’s mouth to open it wider. He didn’t explain anything that he was doing and did not even wait until the numbing gel could take effect before he gave my son the shot. My son clenched up and was in visible pain. At that point my husband told the Dr. to stop. He told him what he thought of him and left. When I went to talk to the doctor he said that my husband said that he was cold and said to find another dentist. It’s unfortunate because Dr. Cheifetz was great. We are not over protective parents, but when we see a doctor being cold and hurtful to our child we can’t stand by and let it happen.
