I am 66 years old. This Dentist, Dr. yacoub is the only Dentist i've been a patient of for over 15 years. Throughout my adult life, i've had a hard time finding a Dentist i was comfortable with and with the many fillings, a few root canals, and caps, Dr. Yaco is the ONLY Dentist I've been more than satisfied with. And her Dental work is always one time and good to go. Never had to return for even the slightest thing. I've gone to her when i lived nearby her office, when I moved to Verona, and when i moved to West Orange. She is the BEST, and I've been to many over these 66 years. Thank you Dr. Yacoub.

This dentist is awful! She did a couple of filings at once and couldn't handle it. She ruined one my nerves I had to go back and she said I don't see the problem! I bite down and am in pain and she says she cannot help that she's just talking with me. Oh really we are just talking? what is that about? Never go to Dr. Yacoub she takes Medicaid so a lot of folks are forced to see this incompetent dentist. The doctor has a very bad attitude and the receptionist plays along.
I went to another dentist and he told me I need a root canal because of what she messed up with me..

They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough.

Dr. Yacoub does a terrific cleaning - she goes above and beyond what she needs to do. The office atmosphere is fine - nothing great, but clean and acceptable. Support staff is friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend them. I have not had anything other than routine care yet, so could not speak to other treatments.

I find Dr. Yacoub to be professional and courteous. Her staff is pleasant enough. The office is sort of depressing -- dark, poorly decorated, drop ceiling -- but that seems somewhat irrelevant. My only complaint is that I have had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment, but I think this is a pretty common issue.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough,, however Gayle specifically was very helpful with getting info from my insurance company which I really appreciated. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They're dirty. They need to vacuum, mop, dust, and much more. The dentist is dirty herself! She looks like she does not wash her hair often, very oily. I would advice finding a better office and dentist.

The front office staff is rude. They overcharged me on my co-payment and making every excuse to resist paying it, I am going to the extent of reporting about them to the consumer affairs and also involving attorney.
