I've been seeing Dr. Don for many years. I have terrible teeth and he does a wonderful job helping me to keep my teeth. He's the best with the novacaine needle.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

My children are afraid of the dentist as most are.... My particular insurance is horrible and only has 2 NJ dentists I can use. Even though I have to pay more it is WELL WORTH IT as Dr and his staff are always very courteous and professional to handling our family. My one son has son autism symptoms and has a sensory problem.... Dr D is the only dentist he trusts! That is aces in my book

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
