They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I actually look forward to going there, and I always hated going to the dentist!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
