The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. Everyone at this office is professional & very very kind. I would recommend anyone looking for a fresh new place to go...it is New Albany Family Dentistry
