They didn't have a good reputation at all with another dentist I've talked to. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They also used up every last bit of my insurance money, which was uncomfortable- I wondered if I really needed the work or if they were just using up my insurance money. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.
