Pros: They never push you to do extra work such as replacing old fillings, etc. They're always pleasant and professional.

Cons: On the pricey side, the office staff is rather pushy about confirming appointments (I received reminders at my home phone number, my office, and twice by text message), and getting a lesson on how to correctly brush my teeth at three appointments in a row was a little annoying.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always make an extra effort to make me feel welcomed, valued and comfortable when they are working on my teeth. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was completely at ease during my appointment here.
