I went in with my 2 year old son. He had fallen and chipped his 2 front teeth. My son has sensory issues which I tried to explain to the Dr., but she disregarded by information. She held my son down and brushed his teeth, told me to do the same at home (yea, traumatise my son every night so he will love brushing his teeth) and then wasn't going to do anything about the sharp points left from the break in his teeth. I had to specifically state several times - what about the sharp points on his teeth? If he falls again then he will dammage his lip or tongue,etc. as an afterthought she polished down the points, but she was going to have us leave without even dealing with the issue that brought us there. No understanding of young children, disregard for parents. Huge fail.

I was very satisfied with how this office works. They accepted my insurance, which many doctors do not do. I got an appointment within a week from my phone call (I used to wait at least 4 weeks with previous dentist). I had to wait in the waiting room for about 20 min, which is less time then in most other medical offices. Front desk very effectively handled my insurance, explained how it works and my copayments. Doctor and assistant are very knowledgeable and ready to answer all questions. I have high confidence in this office. Me and my whole family will be coming only here.

I am a medicaid recipient and I think they are doing a great job taking it!! I am always explained what needs to be done. Doctor and hygenist (Bonnie is her name?) are always very friendly and polite. I recommend this place to all my relatives and friends. Gracias!
