I have been going to river road dental for many years and recently decided I was ready to enhance my smile to perfection and chose to go with the invisalign method . all I can say is WHAT TOOK ME SO LONG to change my smile !🙂

Dr.Dounski' s confidence in what my results would be help me to feel confident and finally deciding to go with the invisalign method.
I am satisfied w/ Dr.dounski and his patience, how he took time to Thoroughly explain every single step of the process. The atmosphere of the office new location is very nice and relaxing. I should of checked the website before I went to this dentist, at first he comes off as easy and good patient and does not hurt, but later as times goes on he seems to loose interest in your teeth problem and acts confussed when you asked him questions. i went to him back in september and he did 2 root canals and very costly when I just recently went back because i had a pain in the same location he sad he only did one root canal because he did'nt want to be responsible for the pain in the tooth he did the root canal , but after insisting that he did do two root canals he admitted he made a mistake, that's when I finally opened my eyes and said something is wrong here. he did two x rays and i know he charged me for a full set of xrays back in march now he told me that he did not take exrays very confusing and the staff swears by it. after I kept instisting that I had pain in this tooth he checked the xray again and said he found the reason I would need a crown because the tooth between the root canal has a slit fracture and that is why I have pain he filed the tooth a little and charge me 117 for the visit plus another 1752 if I want to go ahead with the plan for the crown, the new person who does his finances wanted me to sign the payment plan before I even said I wanted it. this office is very shaddy and even though he is a good dentist beware down the road he will double charge you for his patience.

I went to River Road Dental to see Dr Dounski seven years ago because I need a bridge. My ex-dentist wanted to charge me four times what Dr. Dounski did.
Dr. Dounski did a wonderful job. And I been his patient since then.
About a year ago, I decided to do a complete dental reconstruction.
Which included, implants, bone drafts because of bone lost And I was missing several teeth.
Dr. Dounski had to fix everything that other dentists had done wrong.
I had spent thousands of dollars without any good results.
The complete dental reconstruction is done and I am so satisfied and
so happy with the results.
I get a lot of compliments about my face. People think that I had done some kind of plastic surgery to my face.
I will recommend Dr. Dounski to anyone who needs any kind of dental work specifically, if it's a extensive work.
Believe me Dr. DOUNSKI Is very skillful, detail oriented, and very accessible.

Sincerely,
Silvia Calderon

River Road Dental owner Dr. Valerie Dounski, license# 22D102193600 and staff engages in deceptive practices such as 'Bait and Switch'. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry. I pre-paid him for dental work (over $3700) and months after he insisted that the work was only partly paid for and refused to complete treatment. At first he admitted the mistake and seemed as though he was going to honor the agreement, then he tried to compromise by offering a deep discount and when I wouldn't accept that, he denied all fault and became very aggressive. This is his consistent behavior as is outlined at www.consumeraffairs.gov/dentistry under 'Board Actions' Dounski, Valerie.
