I have been seeing dr. Menon for more then 10 years. She truly cares about her patients.

Dr Menon is like family to us now. She has been taking care of my family for years and makes us feel completely at home.

The staff is very pleasant to work with and is extremely helpful.

Our family has been going to Dr. Pinali for years for dental work. She is highly professional and efficient in providing high calibre services with effective time management and follow up skills. She provides guidance and input to any required services and is open to discussions and questions. I would strongly recommend her services.

Dr Pinali Menon is an excellent dentist with a very positive attitude and great knowledge of dental care. My kids look forward to visit her as she makes the entire dental visit so comfortable. She is NOT at all greedy and would always give you a balanced and professional guidance. Me and lot of my other friends, whom I have referred to her in the past, are very happy and satisfied with her knowledge, skills and attitude. Me and my family would strongly recommend her.

Me and my family have known Dr Pinali Jhaveri Menon for almost 10+ years now. She is very knowledgeable and has always guided us the right treatment that needs to be applied. Also she has been very accommodating on appointment scheduling, family friendly and very easy to work with. She always has been very open for discussion and very upfront on the expected cost so there are no surprises.

I would highly recommend Dr Pinali to all my friends and families in the area to as one of the most reliable and trusted dentist I have known for years.

Some 10 years ago, and through the goodwill of a friend, I finally found a dentist in our neighbourhood who helped me through a tough dental treatment that another dentist in New York had bungled. Since then Dr. Pinali Menon has been caring for us (that's me and my wife) like we were close friends and what was essentially
a professional relationship has evolved into a more personal rapport.
Over the years her support staff has undergone changes but Dr. Menon has always managed to get replacements who were attentive to patients. Aware of my very low threshold of tolerance of pain, Dr. Menon manages to keep my squirming in her chair at a happy minimum!
Dr. Menon does not advocate redundant procedures and follows up her treatment with post-procedural advice and care that only helps in a quicker recovery.
