Dr. Berhin is the absolute best in the field. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Dr. Berkhin is an excellent dentist with alot of patience & compassion for those who are afraid to go to the dentist. I used to hate to go until I met this dentist, Now I go, get the teeth filled and never miss my cleaning appointments. He always calls to remind you when you are due so you don't forget. It's easy to forget your due for a cleaning or check-up. I also like the fact that he has late night appointments so you don't have to take the day from work to go. This is great. I have been his patient for over 8 years now and I trust his professional opinion and find him to be a very good dentist. He is what you call the old fashion type Dr. The one that is in it more for the patient than the money. He has a true love for teeth.
