I went into Rand Dental Associates a little nervous as I was having a wisdom tooth taken care of. Dr. del Valle was very accommodating when I asked to just take care of all my wisdom teeth at once. X-Rays revealed that I only had one and since it had already surfaced, he popped it out and had me on my way. I couldn't believe I spent less than half hour at the office. The wait was very short and the staff was an absolute joy. I'll be returning for my routine dental care after that.

They were extremely late to take my child in for her appointment. I had to wait over an hour for them to just get us into the room.The front staff although they may think patients in the waiting room can not hear i over heard them bad mouthing me because i had been looking at them. They were rude. We waited additional time in a room where one of the front staff took xrays of my child's teeth. She didnt even make sure my child had them in right before clicking the button. It was unprofessional the whole experience. Even when the hygenist came to get us and we decided to leave she didnt even care. She looked annoyed and gave us a face. I would never ever go there again.

Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They ignored my questions, and clearly unable to answer them. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. Apparently they the doctors don't know what the staff is relaying to patients. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.
