The front desk ladies weren't friendly at all! When they finally called my name they proceeded me to one of the rooms where I waited for more than 30 mins. When finally doctor came in he barely talked to me just looked at my x-ray said something briefly and said that I have to another x-ray. He showed no interest in asking how I feel or anything like that, even though I had impacted wisdom tooth. Our session was that brief that I don't ever remember his face. After all I decided to go to another office for second opinion, and I requested x-ray from this office, the nurse-Peggy or Maggy not sure what exactly her name was gave me such an attitude after I asked to email me my x-rays. Horrible experience! No bedside manners!
Peggy the office manager is very rude and really has no skills in customer service . The only way I can fathom that she still works there is that she must be the dentists wife.First impressions are lasting and Dr. Carrao look at these reviews before you have no business because of her. Wouldn't recommend this facility, especially if you are referred by your dentist.
I was completely at ease during my appointment here.I had a tooth removed & went under sedation. Everything went well. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.Went back a few weeks ago to have an apico scheduled. Dr. C did an examinaiton & determined he would not risk doing the apico because it was to close to a lower nerve in my lip. he answered all of my questions & took time.
Took all 4 wisdom teeth out went well. TMJ Surgery upper and lower did not go well. Deviated Septum as a result. The doctor notice it was quite slanted to left. He said don't worry about it because it could be from the swelling. Check up in a week at his office Peggy and Dr. C noticed it was still slanted. They said come in next day, aka my birthday they will fix it. Next day I was back at the office went under general anesthesia woke up and my nose was extremely sore. My slant of my nose was barely changed. He never took charge of his responsibility and now I have waited to fix my nose. I have to go through another surgery and months of recovery. He's is the worst doctor ever my teeth are not mid-lined, which the surgery is suppose to correct all problems. When things go wrong all doctors say don't worry, but at the when its it time do something about it? They do nothing , no assertive responsibility.
First time my daughter had a procedure done in this office doctor was great. This time everything went wrong. It is impossible to get an strait answer from this office.. They are always to bussy and never call you back. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I don't feel like we can count on them to work with us until they find a solution for my daughter situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on her. She was treated terribly . I'm absolutely positive that we would have gotten better service anywhere else. Peggy, office manager was very rude, unprofessional and annoyed by us,She would not return our calls and on the end we gave up.We would not go back.
