There was no annoying music playing while waiting or during the visit. The cartoon was on to catch childrens' attention. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. There are two doctors and they were very sympathetic to my dughter's situation, and made her feel cared for. I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. My daughter was very comfortable the entire time. The location was easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
