Staff at desk was very friendly and professional. I had unfortunate trouble with the crown Dr Turner had placed. After 3 visits and 2 months of pain, I moved on to another dentist who informed me the crown had to come out. I wound up paying for two crowns. Dr Turner would not consider a refund of any amount . If I receive an inferior product(there was a large gap up where the crown meets the gum!) I should be able to receive a reimbursement. You can decide for yourself. Cleanings, yes, crowns, no.
