The office is very nice, when you walk in it does not feel or smell like a dental office. The girls are friendly at the front desk but a little to the point. The treatment rooms are bright and clean, really a very modern. Dr. Le Pera is a good guy, he is honest and I felt like he was looking out for me. He was practical and made me aware of all and any copayment, with the help of his front desk girl Trisha. I would refer a friend or family member

Dr Lepera is knowledgeable, attentive and answers questions thoroughly. However, the office staff has the tendency to be rude and uncourteous. I recently had a mix-up regarding an appointment and the office staff was not helpful or apologetic. They instead blamed me for their mistake and did not try to rectify the problem. I hate to have change doctors, but I should not have to deal with a rude staff. They need to be retrained in customer service or replaced with more competent workers.
