Every time I'm put on hold here I do not have to wait long for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was ok with their phone etiquette. It's been a while but when I was there last the restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They had toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. It never smells in this office. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me, the ones who have worked there the longest as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are very busy at times but not everyone all the time. Nice for the most part.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They made me feel like I was very important to them and the staff is very organized.
