Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcomed there. My 4 year old daughter was extremely fearful with getting x-rays and she kept crying the woman treated her so mean. She handed her off to a man, and her gag reflex kept her gagging. They were so impatient. I felt worse when I left.

Two children also died under the care of while under local anesthesia by Dr. Patrick Bamgboye. (google it) Dr. Lisman is rarely there to oversee his offices. I wasn't happy.

BUT!!!!!! They're billing is on point. They itemize and break down everything. Afterall, it is a business . . . but I was impressed with their billing and breakdown letting me know beforehand what the insurances would pay and what I had to pay.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
