All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

This dentist is HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE HIM!!
He had to replace 2 fillings for me and it was a total disaster! First, he used WAY too much novacaine on me, it took about 3 days for me to get all the feeling back in my lips! He also bruised all my jaw line (He was working on my UPPER teeth so don't ask how that happened!). He screwed up both my fillings so badly, I was in non-stop pain after he did them. I had to go to another dentist who had to replace them both.
Oh and after Dr. Sclafani did the work on my mouth, within a few days, I had a mouth full of canker sores. I am not sure HOW that happened! I did go back to him a week after the work was done so he could see the damage he did to my face and ask if he would give me something for all the canker sores and he told me simply "That happens sometimes" and didn't do a darn thing for me!! I have papers I am filing with the state of NJ licensing board against him. AVOID THIS DENTIST!!
