We miss our Lady Dentist, she's good and very accommodating but the reason we left are the Front Desk Staff - they are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I thought just me and my family but now I came to know that my Nephew and Niece have been experiencing the same attitude. How many have left??? Surely, we are willing to come back only when the staff are fully trained to be PROFESSIONAL!

Horrible service. He was rough and quick. Still had me filling out paper work after he finished cleaning my teeth. However, the front staff was great.

They told me something was wrong with my daughter's teeth, but didn't tell me what was wrong with her teeth and told me to call to schedule an appt. later in the year. I don't know why I couldn't schedule it then. They strapped my son down in order to give him fillings instead of using gas. He looked like the guy from silence of the lambs. Then they used a giant numbing needle that not only scared him but made him scream and they used it more than once. The receptionist was not that friendly, and didn't go out of her way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

If this place had different staff starting with the "Office Manager" & the "Insurance Coordinator" whom sit and talk about the patients in front of other patients about being "ghetto" & they are very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & GHETTO themselves, not to mention the receptionists they have now! WOW!! Whatever happened to the other 3 girls they had there? That place changed so much since they got all that new staff. They should of started by getting rid of the PROBLEM......their Office Manager & Insurance Coordinator that's what you call ghetto! I must say it's a clean office but what good is that if the first thing you look for when you go into any medical office is professionalism and Jersey Dental Arts lacks that! Dr. Sonbolian open your eyes! I will NOT be going there again & where ever i go i WILL let people know about the bad reputation it has now!

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on.
