They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.
