I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not really

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
