Have been a patient of Dr Cheng for 20 yrs ... no problems whatsoever ... see him regularly (every 6 months) and would highly recommend him to anyone I know!

I have been a patient of Dr.Cheng's since approx 1991-92. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and he gets down to business without a lot of chit-chat. Don't get me wrong -- he's a very personable guy, but I'm there to receive treatment and I respect the fact that he needs to attend to his other patients so I don't overstay my welcome. Those who have provided negative reviews apparently don't take care of their teeth on a regular basis and when they're in need, they expect a miracle to be worked!! I go every 6 months for a cleaning and have NEVER had an issue with my treatment. If something wasn't right with a crown that Dr.Cheng put in, then he fixed it. He referred me to a periodontist when I needed a root canal (although he could have done it himself, he said he prefers to let the professional handle it). His staff is wonderful and I've never encountered a crazy busy atmosphere where he was racing in/out of the rooms giving minimal attention. I think being his patient for over 20 yrs makes me a very credible reviewer and I hope you will consider Dr. Cheng for your dental needs. PS _ I was NOT paid to say any of this!!

i received very poor communication from this dentist, he never tells you what he is doing and why he is scheduling additional work. he has worked the "deep cleaning" of the gums for thousands of dollars from me. i'm done with this guy. additionally no one is ever in the waiting room, meaning the word is out he is a poor dentist. many times i get to the office for my appointment and i am waiting for him to show up, very unprofessional. additionally his staff has canceled appointments on me at the last minute without even an apology, plus they act like it's my fault if i want the next available appointment when they canceled on me. he's always trying to make me get unnecessary work to pad his fees, he's so cheap he stopped passing out toothbrushes and floss in the goodie bag saying they don't do that anymore, no other dentist scrimps so much on their patients, i should have left this guy years ago. don't bother with this guy!

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
