I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Zervos and her staff. My husband and kids also see Dr. Zervos and they are excited to go every 6 months. I have needed a lot of dental work over the past few years and she always takes the time to explain what needs to be done. I appreciate that she works closely with specialists and refers us to them when needed and doesn't try to do everything herself. I feel terrible that the other reviewers had such a bad experience, it doesn't even seem like they went to the same dentist that my family goes to! I have and will continue to refer all of my friends and family to her.

I am sorry to say that I have seen her for a few years. It is hard to find a dentist and I am paying for it now. She is not accessible and not available when a problem arises. I have not had many but she has never been available. Too busy to see emergencies. I understand why. I agree that she does unnecessary procedures to make a buck. Funny I never had a problem with anesthetic injections until I saw her. It takes her 3 injections and I am still not numb. I have also experienced injuries (minor) to my face and mouth because she is moving too fast. She is always sorry. Well slow down before you poke my eye out!

We move every few years, so I've been to more than my fair share of dentists. So far Dr. Zervos is my favorite. In fact I went out of my way to get an appointment with her after I moved from the area, and went back for a visit. So I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about -- I found her to be gentle, and competent. Also, my college age daughter needed some orthodontia tweaking, and of course we had exhausted our orthodontia benefit when she had braces -- Dr. Zervos had a retainer made for her that did the trick at far less than if we'd gone the Invisiline route. I've referred friends to her office and they all seem to be happy with her. The only downside to her office is that they aren't the most technically savvy bunch, for example they now have digital x-rays but don't know how to email the images to my new dentist. But as far as dental care, can't think of one negative.

Please be forewarned about Dr. Zervos....her office staff is excellent, the other dentist in her practice is also quite good, but if you have the misfortune of having her personally do dental work, be prepared to pay the price. I have NEVER had a problem with my teeth or with dentists until going to her and I am so disappointed. She performs unnecessary procedures, unethically bills insurance companies, and is horribly ROUGH with her patients oftentimes inflicting injury to your mouth or face (seriously--a coworker had his nose rubbed raw and I have had her take a chunk out of the inside of my cheek). I don't usually write these sorts of reviews online, but if someone had told me, perhaps I wouldn't have the problems with my teeth that I now have.
