I went here for a routine cleaning and was told I had a cavity. I have never had any cavities in my life, and had some simple questions about the procedure. He was rude and yelled at me, and did not answer any of my questions. After the procedure my mouth was extremely swollen and stuck in one position. I could not talk, eat, or sleep. When I called the office, he said just take the pain meds. Since then I have been to several different opinions, I was diagnosed with the original procedure dislocated my jaw, and damaged nerve and muscle. I have been dealing with this disability for a year and a half now, going to different specialists and physical therapy. I would advise people stay away from this doctor.
Office staff is rude. Gal that did my cleaning was decent but hit a nerve during the cleaning which I've never had happen during a cleaning. I won't go back because of office staff.
I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their billing system was so unclear....they printed out something on the computer and wrote all over the bill, stating what I had to pay up front for...which was the whole service.
I was diagnosed with 3 cavaties in one visit and at that time, they recommended I get a crown. They gave me my first (and last) crown and root canal at age 26 when I don't think I needed one. I take good care of my teeth and I switched dentists and now I went for 2 cleanings, and I had no cavaties....no crowns needed....and no root canals. Now I'm 29.
What a rip off. I think I lost a tooth because of them.
It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.
