Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are the WORST. I was so uncomfortable I would have rather just stood up to wait for my appointment. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I have been going to Dr Kadiyala for last six years ,for the last 4 years I have not had any insurance, so I called and asked them their rates for a cleaning and they said she has been doing a special for people who don't have insurance, $95.00 which includes 6 x-rays, cleaning and polishing. I said I only wanted a cleaning, however when I got there on my appointment time I was subjected to almost a half hour of x-rays, after which I was told they could not give me a "regular" cleaning but instead a "deep" cleaning which costs $945. After I asked to have just a regular cleaning they said they had other appointments, and that I must leave if I did not wish to pay the full $945. As I was leaving they asked me to pay the $95 for a cleaning I was never given and after I refused their professional staff tried to barter their costs down to $75 for services I was never given. To add insult to injury they continued to make threats of sending my bill to a collection company. This is by far the worst and most unprofessional conduct I have ever seen from a doctor's office. Their practices were nothing short of fraud.
