It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. and they would ask, often, if I needed a break from the procedure.

I was very impressed with Dental Illuminations. I was greeted by name when I walk through the door and the gal at the front desk stood up, shook my hand and introduced herself. I came 15 minutes early for my appointment and they took me back 10 minutes early. The doctor came into the room even before I could situate myself in the chair. She also introduced yourself and shook my hand. After my exam, She explained my treatment to me very thoroughly. Not long after, the same gal I met when I walked in the door, came in and showed me hat to expect of my treatment with a short video. She then explained to me how my dental benefits could help me with my treatment cost. I left there with my treatment and my co-pay cost all printed out for me in a nice welcome folder. I was actually eager to begin treatment. I was also told that they have a great referral program and that they reward their patients for their family and friends referral. I am actually new to the area and do not have anyone that I could refer at this time but when I do I sure will refer them to Dental Illuminations.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kadiyala since 2009 when I moved to Plainsboro. I chose to go to Dental Illuminations at the time because #1 it was across the street from where I lived and #2 I did not want to travel to my old dentist. Over the year of my lease, I continued to see Dr. Kadiyala for my bi-annual exam/cleanings and even got sealant applied on my 4 back teeth, but then something happened, I moved. At this point I had to make a choice, find another dentist closer to where I moved (which is what I always do), or continue to travel all the back roads back to Dental Illuminations. I chose to travel to see Dr. Kadiyala and staff! Want to know why?! It is difficult to find a staff who is thoughtful, caring, efficient, respectful, friendly, kind, sweet, outgoing, all while being professional . It is important to feel comfortable, safe, and confident in your doctor, it's important that you have trust in your doctor, and these feelings is what I experienced with Dr. Kadiyala every time I visit the office. The office is always clean and neat, I get email reminders, text reminders, as well as phone call reminders of my upcoming appointments. I will continue to go to Dental Illuminations because of Dr. Kadiyala and her wonderful staff. I have even recommended family and friends to Dental Illuminations, and I am positive they will have the same experience that I continue to do have with Dr. Kadiyala. Thank you everyone at Dental Illuminations for always making me feel so welcomed and never intimidated over the past 4 years!

The office staff is very sweet and professional. I had a root canal done and the next day, the dental assistant for the doctor, called to make sure I was feeling o.k. after my procedure. I was feeling fine, no pain. She told me not to hesitate to call if there was anything I needed or had additional questions. I was actually a little surprised that she called. It made me feel like it was important to them to know that I was o.k.

It's a real shame! These reviews are pobably from patients that don't ask questions about their treatment and leave the office without a clue. If you don't understand your treatment ASK! If you don't ask, then they'll assume you understand. I've been a patient of Dr. Kadiyala's since 2004 and everytime, I understood my treatment very clearly because I asked the questions to help me understand why she recommends it. I find it very hard to believe that Dr. Kadiyala's Patient Care Coordinator would let a patient leave the office without understanding what the next step is. She is always very helpful and smiles all the time. Anytime I call the office, I speak to her because she has the answers to all of my questions regarding my treatment/insurance, without hesitation. Other patients may have had a bad experience with other dentist and they think all dentists are like that. NOT SO! Dr. Kadiyala takes pride in what she does and it shows!!
