Horrific!! My son had braces put ion from Dr. Labruna. After 1 year of only being able to have 4 adjustments after constant cancellations from them, the brackets continuously fell off and Valerie would try and say she was going to charge my $1200 each time a bracket needed to be replaced. I went to another orthodontist and the braces had to be completely removed and replaced. After 6 months with a new orthodontist not 1 bracket has ever come off. I needed a bridge put in and when the put the permanent one in it was COMPLETELY miss matched from my other teeth and didn’t fit properly. The hygienist accused me of picking the wrong color and she physically had to be removed by the dentist because she was trying to hit me. she said didn’t want to be responsible for paying for the correct bridge after she ordered the incorrect one. I had to pay $250 for the correct bridge ortherwise I would have had to live with the incorrect one. Absolutely unprofessional office, hygienist yelling at dentists and vice versa. Insane asylum

This is the absolute worst office I have ever visited. The first time I went there the dentist was using foul language and bad mouthing other patients with his medical assistant while he was in the room with me. On my way out, someone asked me if i was upset about something. At first I said "no" but she pressed me so I told her what happened. I had decided to never go back but later I thought I would give them another chance. At my second visit, I walked up to the reception desk and was completely ignored. Totally and completely ignored. I signed in and sat down not sure if they knew I was there, later someone came out and called me in, pointed to a room and said "go in there" I was in there alone for so long I decided to look in my chart where I found a hand written note stating "patient called to complain about dentist using foul language and bad mouthing other patients" This is absolutely untrue. Later the dentist came in, a different dentist this time. Never said a word to me, looked at my teeth and left. The hygienist then came in and cleaned my teeth, although they didn't feel clean and she missed a lot of spots. I had it, I decided twice is enough. When I was due for my next check up I asked for my records, I said I only wanted the xrays. A few days later I got a call saying I could pick them up. Again at the desk, I couldn't get anybody attention for approximately 10 minutes. Finally got my records handed to me in a sealed envelope. Except when I went to my new dentist and they opened the envelope my records weren't really in there. I honestly don't understand how this office is staying open. They are the rudest, laziest, most inconsiderate group of people I have ever encountered. The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because I can't submit my review without selecting at least one star. If I could choose a negative star I would do it.

Worst dental office ever! Waited 45 mins until my hygienist came in for the cleaning. After the cleaning I waited another 40 mins to be examined by the dentist. I had enough and walked out.

Absolute worst experience in any kind of medical/dental office in my entire life. Only went because my dentists offices lease was up and they merged with this office. I had a dental emergency and couldn't wait for my dentist so I took whoever could see me within the week. Got to the office at 4:30 waited in waiting room until 5:15. Was brought in the back and placed in a room for X-rays. The exam rooms have no doors and two doors down a child was screaming bloody murder which you could tell was annoying the staff and upsetting the patients. Waited in this room for 40 minutes before being moved to another room while they x-rayed another patient. This room had multiple dead flies on the floor, boxes of supplies all over the floor, a tray of dental impressions laid out on the counter and miscellaneous debris strewn across the counters. Staff bickered and complained loudly in the hallway outside of all the exam rooms where every patient could hear them. I waited another hour before being moved to a third room. The dentist, having never met me cussed up and down, complained about how late it was, stated he never gets out on time and seemed frankly a little put out that I was inconveniencing him by being there. The work took about ten minutes total but halfway through the root canal he left a file in my tooth to take a phone call. The hygienist took and X-ray with the file still in there as well. They only realized it was still in there when they realized I couldn't answer their question because I couldn't close my mouth. Then the doc and hygienist start bad mouthing one of my actual dentists knowing I was from the other office, calling Dr. Fred "Captain Kangaroo". Was given nothing for pain and no after care instructions. Told receptionist I would have to call another time to schedule second part of the procedure. RIGHT. I will NEVER step foot into this dirty, unprofessional mockery of a dental office ever again.
