Dr. Feins is the best! Our whole family loves him and his technology. He keeps up with the all the lastest and grestest. We highly recommend him.

My wife and i have been going to dr feins for the last several years. Every year, my wife seems to max out her insurance coverage and we pay 100% out of pocket for any procedures. Well, this year, she had to get a root canal and crown which was over $1200. I looked up Dr Feins, and he participates in about 6 different dental savings plans. I noticed that the amounts paid for the same procedure for those members was about 300 dollars cheaper, so today I asked if they could give me a discount based on what they give to the dental savings plan members. They would not budge at all. They were adamant about charging me full retail. I own a business, and in this economy, I do what it takes to keep customers. Apparently, that is not important to this office.
What really got me upset is that they said they would get in trouble if they gave me a discount. I asked, by who? It was then when I questioned them about an insurance charge for an appointment that I did not even go to. They billed my insurance company for over $150 for a cleaning, and xrays. So I asked them, would't they get in more trouble for insurance fraud than for giving me a discount. Whatever, we will no longer be going to a dentist that cannot help out a customer during a bad economy and who has questionable billing practices. DO NOT GO HERE>
