They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. Dr. Dugan is the best!
